I hold a tutor certificate awarded by the Learning Centre of the University of Johannesburg. I was trained and employed as a Tutor for one year in 2006. As Tutor and Consultant in development studies, my key responsibilities included:

Lecturing six tutorial groups of first year students;
Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the academic progress;
Responsible for Assessing and marking weekly assignments;
Preparing and coordinated Group discussions;
Preparing and made PowerPoint presentations for lecture purposes;
Doing consultations with students on a weekly basis;
Reporting to the Learning Center of the University of Johannesburg.

I also worked as a Language Expert Consultant at the URBAN BREW STUDIO live on eTV between Mar 2006 and Mar 2006 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Urban Brew Studio specialized in the television broadcasting programmes for entertainment activities. My role was to promote and encourage South African Viewers to embrace other international languages as the country is integrating into the global systems. As Language Expert Consultant, my role was:

To search for an international language speaking expert;
Coordinate and supervise the Gen Game Programme;
Translation of texts from English to French, Spanish and Fang;
Teach the right pronunciation of sentences and words

Prior to that, I worked as French and English Tutor for Centre d’Evangelisation Béthanie (Bétho School) from Feb 1998 to Dec 2000 in Libreville, Gabon.

I was a Volunteer Host Family and French-teaching coach for the Peace Corps of the United States between Jan 1995 and Nov 1996 in Libreville, Gabon.

I graduated at the University of Johannesburg with a Post-Graduate Honours Degree (2006 - 2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies (2003 - 2005). Prior to that I attended College Melen where I obtained a Baccalaureate (French High School Diploma) in 1998.
