Billing Policy:

Termly clients: only for school-based clients
For our school-based clients, there will be a set termly charge for all 4 terms, which will be equal to 8
lessons each. Traditional school models dictate this charge must be paid upfront within the first two
weeks of each school term. These dates vary and so a great deal of uncertainty exists regarding the
billing. Therefore, we have customised our billing to suit not only the consistent running of our school
but also to take into to account parents monthly budgeting making these high-quality services
available at more affordable payment structures.

Monthly clients:
To assist parents with budgeting, we bill for the same fixed fee each month, based on the industry
standard teaching rate. We always schedule, re-schedule and deliver all 10x classes per quarter (even
if there are some missed weeks), because over the three-month billing period there are more
opportunities to deliver the lessons than there are lessons scheduled. Hence, the costs associated with
this 10x lesson quota are split equally over the course of three months.
